Chicken and Noodle

Homemade Chicken and Noodles starts with a whole chicken and cooks for a while. Then I cool it down and take all the meat off and put the bones in cheese cloth. Then I add water to the broth and some seasoning along with carrots and celery and let it simmer for another while. Finally, I add the homemade noodles* and Voila!
